Dear Madam/Sir, I strongly believe that this proposition is well written to root out all the malpractices going around in the MLM business opportunities in USA. I have experienced the issues first hand and have seen many innocent Americans being dragged into this business with false hopes, promises and dreams. The clauses are well written in this Rule and would provide consumers with necessary details to make an informed decision. Also, any legitimate business should not have any problems abiding by these clauses. I am sure you would hear a lot of negative feedback from the MLM network, compared to ignorant consumers, but I am hoping this rule will get finalized without any changes. Thanks again for the genuine step in the right direction.
