Comments:
We have no problem operating our business within fair guidelines for consumer protection. We do not believe we should have laws imposed on our business that are inconsistent with laws imposed on more traditional forms of business. Individuals are not required to have waiting periods or other proposed statutes if they wish to open a Wendy's Restaurant, or retail store. We believe we have the same rights to the free enterprise system as anyone, and wish to have limited government control over that system. We are open to further discussion, questions, or inquiry.
