My experience with Quixtar has been an excellent one in areas of product fulfilement, correct bonus's paid to me, and my downline, correct refunds made for product dissatisfaction for me,my clients, and downline. I have been an IBO for 8 yrs.and have been successful in income goals. I plan on becoming a silver IBO by 9-1-06. Enough information was given to me and I was able to make an informed decision, because of this when I sponsor others I give them the same information, and as I was told this is not a get rich quick scheme and good consistant work and effort is going to be required if you want results. the typical expense to get started is around $125.00 excluding taxes and shipping and handling. shipping and handling is not refundable. It would be very tragic for people who really see an opportunity to have to wait 7 days before registering. I do not see why this needs to put into law since we offer complete money back if not satisfied. Time consuming burdens as well as unnecessary gas expense long distance phone charges,as well as the unnecessary expenses that the people we sponsor would have to incur. To provide a list of IBO's would not only be a total disaster in the possible violation of HiPPA rules as well as security and forclosure rules plus the unfairness of a prospect registering with a referenced IBO. I share the sa4400 with all prospects and explaination of the sa4400 with my encouragement to read it after I leave and wright down any questions they may have, and I'll answer them when I return. I dont believe that any additional detail is needed since the sa4400 is very detailed. My business would be drastically affected if I was required to make a seperate disclosure for every example I dont like to be mislead and the sa4400 gives me a track to run on when I explain the income potential to each prospect. I would feel like I have been discremenated against since no businessman in America is required to do this. We already disclose to the IRS Our total Income. This would be totally inappropriate.
