I am currently under a guardianship, in training to be an IBO after Nov. 30, when I turn 18. I do now have my own ID# and wish to express my concern about the FTC proposal. I am in support of the fact that every prospect should have the info neede to make an informed decision. However, I am totally against specific provisions of the FTC proposal that would penalize honest IBO's and cripple their sponsoring efforts. I am excited to soon be a part of such a tremendous business such as Quixtar, but I am disturbed at the Gov't's intervention in this way.
