I strongly urge you to vote "NO" on this rule! It will harm the very fiber of the direct selling industry! From the cumbersom process that it will create to the rising costs of being involed in the industy-it is completely ridiculous and therefore will create the certain demise of the indusrty itself after long strides in making the industry legitimate!
