It doesn't sound much like free enterprise if you expect peolpe to wait or the ftc ties there hands for seven days, is there a seven day rule on buying something from walmart or getting started with mcdonalds or any public franchise, so in return there should not be one on our private franchise. Does walmart have to list every legal action theve been thru in the last 10 years or for that matter all legal actions from any of there suppliers to the customer before they buy something form walmart, then why in return would you but a law inforcinng me and other ibo's to disclose legal actions from our supplier quixtar. Also i thought this was free enterprise and a capitalist gov, that means the right to make as much or as little in our ibo businesses as we would like, so the prospect determines how much they want to make and then takes action accordingly, not because of the financial statements of anyone person.
