We opened our business with Quixtar 3 years ago. Before opening our business we were provided a opportunity to review the business prospectus as well as take home all information concerning opening a business with Quixtar. The time to make our decision was within 48 hours due to the information that was given to us while we were making our decision. Opening our business has truly changed our lives. We do make money from our Quixtar business and have learned business and financial principles. This year we are happy to say that we will be debt-free due to principles learned through this business. When we meet with a prospect we always present to them the business prospectus as well as an information pack to take home with them to help them make their decision. Each prospect is also told that this business in not a get-rich-quick. Hard work is needed to make their business a success. Each prospect is also told of the ability to change their decision even after opening their business with Quixtar with a full money back guarantee. Upon deciding to open a business, the prospect registers with Quixtar and receives a business starter kit (optional to those who want them) for $250.00 total. This amount is refundable if prospect decides to forfeit their business within 6 months. The said proposal would negatively affect our business. The seven day waiting period would hinder our ability to follow-up with interested prospects in a timely manner, possibly lowering our monthly income by stopping business growth. The issue on references could potentially lead to other business owners trying to register our prospects. The reference issue also would allow other IBOs to give out our personal contact information, which is now unavailable through Quixtar. This would be a violation of our privacy rights. If a prospect wants to meet other business owners they can attend any weekly meeting or seminar held for free. The disclosure of merited lawsuits against Quixtar would already be published by Quixtar and individual complaints can already be looked up by the Better Business Bureau. Our business is always run with integrity. Any prospect not wanting to own a business is treated with respect. A prospect views the Quixtar opportunity free of charge and decides by their free-will to open a new business.
