I have been registered with quixtar for a little over 3 years. I have developed a growing secondary income and have been completely satisfied with my experience in Teambuilders. Success is optional and that is clearly stated multiple times in every presentation that I have seen or been involved. This is not a get rich quick scheme, and that is clearly stated in every presentation. With registration including a money back satisfation guaranty, waiting periods, litigation disclosures, etc. really carry no protective quality to the new IBO. In addition, I can't control what other IBO's do, but I have not had any litigation towards me so what would I disclose. Please allow me the freedom to free enterprize without restrictions that are created by rummor from the unsuccessful. I have benefited more by association with the successful business owners in this industry than I can explain. I know that lives are changed and those who are willing to do the work are indeed rewarded as promised. Please do not pass laws that will require a waiting period, disclosure of litigation that does not apply to all IBO's (especially unproven claims), and income disclosures when the income senerios could vary infinitely. These do not give any benefit to anyone. How would you disclose lawsuits in medicine so that a potential doctor can beware? Or how would a college guaranty every student will succeed and graduate? If they don't, do they get their money back? If I buy a corner market do I have to wait a certain period of time to open my doors to rethink the decission I already made? It wouldn't make sense in other industries, so why would it make sense in this one. Please do not pass this proposal. Thank you.
