While appreciating the intent of , and recognizing a need for additional control in this area of trade, I am gravely concerned by the apparent lack of research and understanding indicated by the current proposal. If enforced as written, the new Business Opportunity Rule would cause much more damage to our society than do the fraudulent operators that you aree intending to control. I therefore respectfully request that your organization obtain the assistance of pillars of the industry such as BK Boreyko of New Vision, Inc., et al, to assist you in the accomplishment of your meritorious objectives without crippling legitimate, high-integrity companies which have already established policies which comply with your intentions, but which could not tolerate nor reasonably comply with the provisions of your proposed rules.
