To Whom it may concern, I have been a Quixtar IBO for just over one month and I see enormous potiential in the business. I just recently read the problems that may occur in the future and have become very troubled by them. I will attempt to keep this in bullet format. The waiting period for registering new IBOs. I believe you should not have to wait to register new IBOs. The waiting period for guns is only 5 days why should it be longer to register ambitious people wanting financial freedom. I believe this idea should be done away with. A list of 10 local IBOs names, addresses, and phone numbers. I personally do not want to give my prospect another person's information due to the fact that if the other person is not honest they will say bad things about me or my business. Plus I would rather not have someone calling me about the business due to the fact that I might say something which would convince them to think their sponsor is not suitable to be their sponsor. I believe we should do away with this also. Providing prospect with the past 10 years of litigations. I think you know as well as I do this will not be followed by the dishonest companies thereby mitigating the reason behind this law. You will also be hurting the honest companies who will turn over that information and who are good companies with high integrity. Please do away with this also. Provide a different disclosure for every income claim. Currently Quixtar provides a low average for all prospects to look at and make an educated decision as to wether or not they want to join the business. Suggestion is provide a standard and simple disclosure of average monthly income of all IBOs in that business. Lastly, provide personel financial documents to back up any income claim. I do not feel it is neccesary to show my bank account to someone. I feel it is an invasion of privacy, which is something I hold very dear. Suggestion please do away with this. Is the average not enough? Besides if I make a claim as to how much I make in my business it would only benifit me to tell the truth. Quixtar is an honest business doing honest work. Please do not cut us off just because of a few dishonest companies. Unruly companies will always be around no matter what the rules. Please do not restrict those doing honest work. Very Respectfully Nathaniel A. Roach
