The requirement of a 7-day waiting period: In our business we already provide all the necessary information and we give them full refundable guarantee for six month, so I don’t understand why such a rule be imposed on my independent business? So I don’t see any point to impose such a rule for my business. 2. The requirement to provide references: Its always good idea to provide with References, Anybody I start in my business they already meets our Team first, plus we give them enough knowledge before making them part of our team. So I would not feel any need for this kind of business because we provide full refundable guarantee for six month. Hard and smart working people always succeed in life. I rather people try themselves things rather than opinions of others. Plus life is full with negative and positive people. Honest people will always run their business with honesty and crooks will always find their ways to take advantage of others. Dishonesty never goes too far! 3. Requirement to provide a "Litigation List": I disagree with this provision because its very easy to sue anybody in this time and age. Any many people does false claims to hurt small businesses. This will hurt my independent business. 4. The requirement for specific earnings disclosures: When We start new Prospect in our team we always disclose what average income could be and what could the potential if proper effort is been place. Success is depend on personal effort. So other persons earning has no bearing on my personal dedicated hard work earning!. So I don’t think this rule will have any affect because we already show pure clear math and average income while we register new person in our team. 5. The requirement for financial substantiation: Individual’s income is personal and private, plus we show average income which is provided by Quixtar.com. Plus its pure math, how much you sell, you get such percentage! Its very clear to understand in our business.
