Comments:
This rule is bad for free enterprise, bad for the economy and bad for the country! It will stifle entrepreneurial opportunities for those with a dream to get out from under. I've been a Quixtar IBO/Amway distributor since 1990; most people do far less due diligence for far more important decisions in their lives. Quixtar.com provides far more information to prospects than most any other opportunity or income-producing venture including a job. Most employers don't have to make nearly the disclosures to prospective employees as those this rule would demand, and most people take jobs with much less research. Also, having to disclose my income to people who are usually virtual strangers is an invasion of privacy! This rule is bad, bad, bad! Stop wasting my taxpayer dollars by even considering it any further!
