|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 437|
Comments:To Whom It May Concern: I feel very blessed to live in the United States because it offers the opportunity of free enterprise which in turn also opens people to the chance of being defrauded by an illegal business which masquerades itselt as the next best thing. I applaud the fact FTC is proposing a rule that will make it more difficult for a fraudulent business to succeed, however it can also hurt those who want to exercise their option of free enterprise and if it's difficult to pursue this avenue, they may decide to not have their own business and that will hurt them, their familes and our nation. There was a time 95% of the working population were self employed and only 5% were employed and now it's the opposite in our society and people have been deceived into believing having a job will offer them security. If that's the case, why do we have the highest rate fo people on anti-depressants and other major health conditions? We were raised that we go to college, get a degree and you will get your dream job. This is a lie. I know countless people that have college degrees working a job that barely meets their minimum needs and doesn't offer them a better lifestyle and with a business of their own, they can work for themselves and build a future which will offer financial independence. My personal experience with having my own businss has been life changing and I want to share this opportunity with other people who will be able to make a decision for themselves and see the benefits it offers to their family. Yes, there needs to be something done to prevent fraudulent companies from starting up and robbing people of their $ and their dreams, but not at the expense of robbing people in legitmate businesses of the opportunity which can lead to financial independence, build a legacy for their children and contribute to society filling needs where they are. Thank you for your consideration.
