I think that we as business owners should not be required to do things that other business owners are'nt. I can't require someone planning to open an Arby's to provide me with their personal financial documents. And I think that requiring a specific number of refernces is unwarranted. IBO prospects are always working with other IBO's, so there are always references provided, maybe not 10. But no other business opportunity is required legally to provide references. Why should this be any different? As far as disclosing litigation, I think this is also unwarranted; because no other business is required to disclose litigation to prospects. Just like I went online and did my research, so will other prospects. It's all public record. Thank you
