Dear Federal Trade Commission, My family and I have been involved with this business for a number of years. My dad, Ron Bryan, started building a Quixtar powered business before he died of throat cancer in June of 1999. Our family was in a very bad financial situation at the time and it was 100% worse when he died without life insurance. If it were not for his efforts, the LTD training system, and Quixtar, we would literally be living in a shelter. The residual asset he developed has kept us alive. Parts of your proposal are very good, however, the topics that Quixtar and its IBOA have bulleted will hinder our growth and slow down people's businesses, and ultimately hurt the economy. Thank you for your time and please consider my statements, take them to heart, and consider the families it affects.
