I am very appreciative of everything you are doing to help shut down fraudulant companies. You are doing a wonderful job in helping to protect the american public. I do wish ,though, that you would seriously consider what the IBOAI board has proposed. It seems they are trying to find a compramise that would be more fitting to the quixtar business and other good legall business opportunities.If we have to abide by the new proposed laws it is going to make things much more difficult. This would cause us to lose our business posture. It would be like needing someone to fill a position there at the FTC and instead of you being able to interview them for the position, wich is what we do with quixtar, they get to interview you. It is obvious as to how this hurts our business posture. I believe that what the IBOAI board has proposed is a great way to compromise. Still making it harder for fraudulant companies to fool people, yet still not makeing it too hard for legitamate companies to function.If still you don't agree with what the IBOAI board proposes then I am most certain they would be open to other suggestions you may have. All I ask is that you try to see things from our point of view. I do appreciate all the time and consideration you put into this matter. Thank you for your time. Amanda Fairchild-IBO
