The Buisness Opportunity Rule, R511993 My sound like a good idea but if you consider the high number of honest and forthcoming buisnesses that it would heart and even distroy i would hope that you would recosider. This contry is suppos to be the home of the free and with a rulling like this you may slow down some fraud but you will never be able to stop them unless you go after the fraudulent persons personaly. All you will be doing isputting many thousands and thousands of people out of their work and increasing the numer of unemployed not only in one area but in the entire world.
