I believe the freedoms we enjoy here in the United States are phonominal and, therefore, should be preserved at all costs. This ruling would take away our rights as stated in The Bill of Rights in our Constitution. Therefore, you must not pass this ruling. It must be discarded at once so our individual business rights can continue to be preserved. The reason our fore fathers founded this country was for personal, religious and business freedoms. This country has always stood for freedom and this must not be taken away in the name of trying to protect us from fraud. Fraud happens because people do not educate themselves and do not check businesses out before investing in them. This ruling must be stopped.
