I am against your bill concerning the restrictions proposed on 16 CFR Part 437, for business opportunities. Quixtar, Inc. already has a SIX ( 6 ) MONTHS CANCELLATION POLICY IN PLACE WITH A FULL REFUND. It's enough to contact someone who is interested in making more money see the opportunity, much less making it more difficult for people to register if they should decide to ! I've been to University, got two degrees. There were drop-outs when i went to school. Some never graduated. Should UNiversities tell Highschool students now that Most students don't graduate, there's alot WHO DON'T MAKE IT !! Should Universities give highschool students a history report of the PAST TEN YEARS OF STUDENTS WHO ENTERED UNIVERSITY, SPENT $1,000'S AND $1,000'S OF DOLLARS, AND NEVER GRADUATED ???? SHOULD UNIVERSITIES HAND OUT LISTS ( WITH PHONE NUMBERS ) OF STUDENTS THAT HAVEN'T MADE THE GRADE AND FAILED AND DROPPED OUT!! I THINK NOT !! That University sure wouldn't promote the governmenmt anymore as they do now !! Most business opportunities cost less than a Dinner at Ruth's Chris without alcohol. And Quixtar has a $45 / year annual fee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The person who lost money on ANY business !!! Should the government start GUARANTEEING that EVERY Business owner out there BE SUCCESSFUL, NO MATTER HOW LAZY OR UNRESPONSIBLY THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS............ IF YOU'RE DOING THAT, I'LL START ANOTHER ONE TOMORROW, AND HEAD FOR THE BEACH WHILE YOU PAY MY BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!! Quixtar, Inc., again, has a SIX (6) Months RIGHT TO CANCEL from time of registration. Should the US like to have more bankruptcies, and more lawsuits, go ahead, RESTRICT EVERYONE AND EVERY BUSINESS. This business gives people HOPE !! When what's being pumped all over the TV is gloom and doom, and people's jobs are at risk, Business's like ours give people hope!!!! If you are going to put time restrictions on this business, with the type of Disclosures you are asking for, Then, I will only agree to it if you have the same type of DISCLOSURES and TIME LIMITATIONS GIVEN TO EVERY UNIVERSITY, TO EVERY HIGHSCHOOL STUDENT THINKING OF GOING TO UNIVERSITY, and also, every person who would like to open up a McDONAL'S, a WENDY'S or BURGER KING, or TARGET STORE, or WAL-MART FRANCHISE. They certainly cost a heck of alot more, and some don't succeed !!!!!! My cell phone is  . Out here in Colorado, we just had a foreclosure bill passed because of ONE !!! ONE BAD INVESTOR !! Note that COLORADO IS NUMBER 1 ( # 1 ) in Foreclosures. What a $500.00 check extra a month do for these people, if they had a business that produced that, help them avoid a foreclosure !!!!!!!!!!!! BACK to the BILL just passed ..... I directly influenced the outcome of that Bill as i appeared before the Attorney General here in Denver. The people on the side supporting the bill had NO TESTIMONIES. I HAD A Past Client come and give his testimony and almost came to tears how happy he was that i helped him avoid Foreclosure. Now, the bill is in place, it has made it more difficult to help people. The result, still after some changes, will cause more foreclosures in Colorado, because Investors now can't help these people as easy as before. So leave it alone! What's wrong with people failing in business! People fail University ALL THE TIME !!! Should we give every one a DEGREE no matter if they don't attend class. I think i made my point. I will come testify at your hearing should it take place. I'M AGAINST MORE GOVERNMENT CONTROL BECAUSE IT STIFFLES OUR FREEDOM'S !!!!!!!! AND I'M AGAINST THIS BILL AS IT STIFFLES US FROM LEGITAMATELY HELPING PEOPLE.. With tax deductions, and prices less than Wal Mart !!!! I'VE NEVER LOST MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS. AND I'M NOT AT THE HIGHER LEVELS IN THIS BUSINESS. Maybe outlaw COSTCO !!
