I find your proposal too restrictive. Rather than have a waiting period, a reasonable amount of time for cancellation. I know of no other purchase that requires a waiting period other than a gun in some states for identity check. Why do that for a business opportunity? I also feel disclosure of any lawsuit , etc. to be unreasonable as many are probably brought on by people who just like to file law suits. Standardized income disclosures that are clear and simple that apply to all direct sellers should create a level playing field. I see no reason to require financial records to be disclosed to prospects. This business means a lot to our family for future financial income. Please make sure that legitimate direct selling opportunities will continue to be readily available to all who seek a secure financial future.
