To Whom It Concerns: As a Quixtar Business Owner I'm happy to hear that the FTC is cracking down on practices by some of these fly by the seat of their pants schemes, We operate a clearly presented opportunity, that stresses potential owners to check out the facts via the DSA, Dunn & Bradstreet, CEO'S and Marketing Directors of companies involved, along with IBO's at all levels in the business. The proposal to hamper our business by a waiting period is not necessary, we do not force people to get involved, and theres the buy back rule if they change their mind. The list of other IBO's is not needed because prospects can meet them at local meetings. This is a business of momentum and at this point in my business I nor they need to be slowed down from helping someone else move forward by a waiting list. The disclosure for income claims would be getting into my personal information and I would not want to disclose this to just anyone who wants to know. This business has an approved income potential plan that lays the average amount of income to be made, so that anyone looking at starting this business will know what to expect if their business is developed according to the example. I don't agree with the listing of lawsuits, arbitrations, and other legal matters mainly because it invites negativity into the business that has already been resolved and cleaned up. We don't need to dwell on the past we have much to deal with now and in the years to come with those who sit around trying to find something wrong with a great opportunity. Lastly, these areas that I have mentioned are concerns that not only effect my business in a negative way from a structural and administrative perspective, but it starts to get into my pockets financially. We provide prospects with enough information today for them to make an informed decision and some of this information is at cost to us and at times we don't get it back, and now we are being faced with having to fork out more cash for information that is not truely relevant in my opinion because it focuses on what someone else has done. The unknown factor in any endeavor is what is in the individual and what they are willing to do to bring it out and make something happen for them and their family. Thanks, for allowing me to voice my opinion and I hope you closely consider not implementing these practices for my Quixtar Business, because we have in place the safe guards to provide each new prospect the ability to get sound knowledge on this specific business. So, please don't hamper my progress and slow down the growth of a great business opportunity just look closer at the others that are using people and crack down on them.
