The opportunity of this business venture has truly enriched the lives of my family. The setting has provided a sound background for the growth of my children to becoming outstanding citizens of this country. Without this business, I would not have had the opportunity to meet very successful business people and participate in free enterprise that is the basis of all businesses in this country including the government. The overall intent of this proposed rule is outstanding, but there will several extentuating burdens placed upon a small business owner like myself. Competion is great in this business and requires constanc vigilance to ensure the partnering with upright associates. The unscrupulous will surely undermine and give a bad name to this business. The wait time is unreasonable and is singling out only this type of business. There should be a standard disclosure form that is used by all. The amount of references in the area is unreasonable as different groups have different goals and utilize the same vehicle. Also, if you are starting in an area, there may not be enough to meet that number.
