Hi I am an IBO with Quixtar. I have been involved with this company for a little over a year and have benefited greatly from what it has to offer. This group of business owners are some of the most outstanding people in this great country. What they teach is how to empower people to become more than just average, while providing a financial vehicle that is second to none. We have always provided the information that is provided by the FTC with no variables. We as a organization are committed to excellence down to the most nominal factor. The proposed 7 day wait period does not work based on our own countries history. Timing is every thing. Anybody who is succesful in any endeavor knows that another day that a decision is put of may be the difference between sucess and failure. People die every day before their retirement plan is 100%. Would you ask them to wait 7 more days for their benifits? Or better yet their family? The proposed 10 references of other IBO's is a violation of their privacy. For me to hand some stranger the phone numbers of some of my associates when we don't know yet if we want to be in business with is ridiculous. That is not done with the corporate structure. I work for Raytheon and did not ask the General Manager for 10 references of some of his co-workers. Litigation background is something that no other company has to abide by. Walmart had over 4000 lawsuits including the largest class action lawsuit in U.S. history. But they do not have to disclose information on that. Ratheon has had a scandal in the news this past week but I have not heard anything about the information being disclosed about that with the new peolple. As for the earnings diclosure, we do show the average IBO income in our literature and on the website. This is as required by the FTC. We also show the numbers of potential income figures as outlined by you. The financial statement proposal is another personal privacy issue. I as an employee do not have to show what I make to anybody. Why should I as a business owner? To become a auto salesman I don't beleive that the GM makes the other salesman show his last check. That essentially is the same. You can make alot or a little based upon your performance. Our business is no different. We have the potential to make alot but I cannot base that on another persons success. This organization has done everything that it was asked of you and is helping people across the world become financially sound and better people. And it is providing new business for the internet and the companys we are involved in. I ask as a proud IBO to please not consider these new regulations.Thank you.God bless Free Enterprise!
