First of all I would like to say that with these rules that are being proposed, it would put a great deal of restrictions on an Independent Business Owner. I whole idea about being your own boss is that you do not have all of the restrictions as a "normal" job. There are rules and regulations that are already in place with the Quixtar organization that me and my husband are involved in. When we are giving people the different options of signing up as a business partner with us, they are given different reliable sources they are given to check out before becoming involved. If people are not giving individual's that opportunity to look at the different references before signing up, it should not be penalized to everyone else. I feel that if people are not properly presenting the business opportunity to people, than they should be penalized for their actions, because there is an agreement with the coorporation about what you can and can't do. I do not feel that people should have to show their earnings to other people before becoming involved either, because everyone is an independent business owner and some people work their business hard and other's dont at that particular time, but it does not mean that they are not trying to grow their business. Everyone starts at the same spot in this business and everyone starts with the same information provided from the coorporation. How someone uses that information is in their hands, you can't control an individual, but if they are not following the rules that they signed onto, than they should be confronted with that. For having to give reference numbers, address, and all that information I do not feel is appropriate, since it is an independent business, again, I am stressing that a great deal because you are working for your self as an individual and not for a big company that tells you what to do. I do not feel that that personal information needs to be given out to individual's, if people are wanting more information from someone, they can receive that from their upline individual and to meet other people at business seminars, that is why they have business seminars, is to show the diverse population and that there are a great deal of people suceeding in this business opportunity. Everything is grow at your own pace and you become the person that you were meant to be, because you get educated in positive thinking books, and hear from millinaires who have reached their goals, by doing the things that everyone is being taught in that organization. There is already a money back policy in place, if an individual is not satisfied in six months, there is a 100% money back policy, which I feel is awesome, because if someone does not feel that it is working for them, they can get their money back. I feel that being involved with being in an independent business, that is the whole idea of it, you work at your own pace, and achieve your goals that you set as an individual or couple. I have been around this business opportunity my whole life, my parents where involved when I was a young child and throughout my whole life, I had a positive environment growing up. I love that about my life, and I incorporate that into my life now with my husband of two years, who I meant in the business opportunity that I am involved with. It is the best opportunity to be able to be your own boss, and if the government starts putting so many restrictions on everything a business owner is doing, than it is not going to be an independent business. We do live in the United States of America and there have been men and women who have died for our freedoms, so please do not take all of that away little by little. Than we will not be the United States of America it will be government run and you might as well say we are no longer free with so many restrictions. So I leave you this, leave our country free and do not put so many restrictions on an individual who wants to have a business, thank you
