Comments:I am in strong opposition to the proposed Business Opportunity Rule R511993.The seven day waiting period to enroll new distributors would make it very difficult for Customers to buy at wholesale prices. These are solely consumers. If they later wish to build a business, all they must do is suppply Shaklee COrporation with their SS# or Tax ID. THe member cost is $19.95. Far less than many, if not m ost, consumer pruchases, from TVs to all manner of household appliances, non of which require a seven day waiting period. Shaklee has a 90% buyback policy for products, including the member kit purchased by a distributor within the last 2 years. THis business has given me the ability to stay at home with my 4 kids. The money has enabled me to do that. This bill would slow business down dramatically if not halt it. PLEASE do not pass this. WE are in the business of helping people improve the quality of their lives. Thank you for considering my comments.
