Regarding the proposed Business Opportunity Rule: This would be an unduly burdensome disclosure document for us. It should not require a seven-day waiting period before a prospect could register or require IBO references to prospects or disclosure of past litigation. Neither should it require financial records be disclosed to prospects. But it should require clear, simple and standardized income disclosures and a reasonable cancellation policy! A level playing field should also be created!! Thank you.
