To whom it may concern, In response to the proposed new legislation, I would like to share some thoughts. I have been actively building my Quixtar business for 15 months and it has had such a positive impact not only on my own family, but on the families of many others that have joined our business team. Our team follows a strict process that abides by all Federal Trade Commission guidelines and we feel that it would be a shame that so many fine, ethical, business teams should be scrutinized, and penalized for the unethical, irresponsible actions of a few misguided businesses. I have found our leadership to possess true moral and ethical principles that we follow with great pride and attention. We realize that in a business such as ours, there will be people that will not follow the rules, but we are not a part of that and understand that a business built on such a foundation would never be successful in the long term. Please take into consideration all of the businesses that are following the guidlines that are already in place and understand that future changes will impact so many lives in a negative way if they are imposed in a way that paints the picture of our type of business as being one that lacks integrity. The truth is that when legislation such as this is passed, too many of the wrong people are affected negatively. I understand that unethical businesses need to be dealt with appropiately. It is my hope that a better solution can be found so that those of us that follow the rules are not made to suffer the negative consequences that are sure to follow such changes. We are having a positive impact of so many. It would truly be a shame to slow or end that impact when we follow all current guidelines to the letter. Thank you in advance for your time and attention to this matter. Respectfully Sumbmitted, Alan Eisenhuth
