FTC, I applaud your effort to protect the us as business owners. I have been a proud Quixtar franchise owner for one and a half years. I have reached the 1000 pin level bringing in about $100 a month and my goal is to grow that number $1500 a month by the end of 2006. The porposal about waiting 7 days to register IBO's is pointless if we require business to return the new IBO's money if the new IBO's don't want to work with us. Waiting 7 days does not benefit anyone including the prospect. The proposed 10 reference contacts 7 days before registering henders the privacy of others and allows them to register our prospects breaking Quixtar's entegrity policy. Also we do not registar new IBO's until they meet other IBO's in the area. Our IBO's learn to become great Americans and leaders in thier community. We build long lasting relationships and trust with the freedom the men and women of the Armed Forces faught for us. We are business owners just like anyone else and we should have the freedom to build our businesses with our entegrity based Quixtar Inc plans. We are informed that success is not gauranteed and that we do have to work hard. Thank You for you time, Matthew Billeaud
