I am commenting in regards to the proposal about independent business owners and businesses alike that is going to limit how we can do our business. We as IBO's in quixtar feel that a seven day waiting period is bad for business becuase people should be free to join whenever they like. Also, I feel that there is no need for an extensive background check informing us on potential prospects criminal or legal past. As IBO's they can do business whether or not they had filed a lawsuit or gone banckrupt in the past 10 years, this is their OWN business and nothing in their past should limit their sucess.
