The proposed regulations seem to be an extreme measure to solve a minor problem. Our new business partners are assured a 100% moneyback gurantee should they wish, Therefore they already have protection,without the long arm of the government getting involved.Any additional paperwork will simply place an additional burden,that will produce no effective result.
