Dear Sir or Madam: This letter is being written with concern about the Business Opportunity Rule R511993. I feel that if the stated changes were to be made it could greatly effect me being a successful Xango Distributor. I have been an independent distributor with Xango for almost 6 months now. I currently am finishing my college degree in business Management. I am a business guy and love the idea of building my own business from home. I started Xango because my dream is to someday build up my business to support a family and be able to spend quality time that is needed with that family. Without my home business I would not have the hope of having the time and freedom to be with the ones I love. If the seven day waiting rule went into effect it would be very difficult for me to promote my business and product. Some potential customers may lose interest of my business if this were passed. Xango’s sales kit only costs $35.00. I purchase items in a store that are much more expensive and I don’t have to wait a certain period to receive them. Having to wait a certain period will cause me to have to send several reports in to my company verifying the contact which may cause several problems within my small business. Yes, there are a lot of crooks out there but there are a lot of good businesses that provide a legitimate service to people. Crooks will still be crooks and will find away to get around the next set of rules. Please don’t hurt my business by setting unnecessary rules. Thanks so much for doing everything you can to help me.
