My husband and I have been Quixtar business owners for a couple of years now and have had absolute success! The proposed rules are understandable-it is only fair to a prospect that they completely understand the business that they are interested in. As a Quixtar business owner, our business overview/plan states exactly what the business is composed of. I applaud the fact that our country is trying to protect it's citizen's from frauds/scandals, but those same rules would negatively affect the genuine business opportunities.
