To whom it concerns: I wanted to write to let you know that there are a few things in your proposal that would be detrimental to our great business. The Quixtar company has been oneof the greatest opportunities in our life. We have seen changes in our skills, attitudes, income, family life, jobs, and knowledge of what is happening in business. This has changed our life, to say the least. We have been very grateful to be a part of owning our own business for over 5years, and have never once had any complaints about the people, products, or income. We beleive we can help many thousands of people live a better life, with extra money, learning new skills, helping others, etc. We have never found better quality of honest people who want more out of life, and are willing to invest in us, than we have through Quixtar. We have lot's of goals and dreams to accomplish not only for ourselves, but for many thousands of other people. Our next big goal will be able to keep Mom (my wife) home this next year, that is something you could never put a price on. It has given us the attitude to overcome obstacles in our life, like sickness, when I had cancer four years ago, starting a new family, we just had our first baby boy, and many other things. A few points in your proposal that would hinder us and other people in growing their business: Having a 7 day waiting period, makes no sense. Some people are ready now, and they won't wait, others will wait anyway, this would only prevent the people who are excited about their business from getting started, or cause them to seek something else becasuse they have to wait. Don't penalize the people who choose to get started right away. They recieve plenty of information when we are with them, the marketing plan, average income, cds to listen to, websites to visit, personal examples, all of their questions answered, products they might enjoy, the full marketing plan, etc... Providing References really serves no purpose. That would be like given your competition your customers numbers and addresses, not smart business and it will confuse the prospects. I also don't want a bunch of people using my personal information without my approval, this would allow that to happen. If the prospect wants to meet some other business owners, they will have plenty of chances to do so. We have team meetings, seminars, opens, all the time anyway. Litigation requirement: This would only cause prospects to be scared from things that have no merit, or bad people in business, it does not show the majority of our business and their itentions. This would scare many people away, with the wrong information on our team and business. Earnings disclosure: We already share the avergage incomes right away when the marketing plan is shared, the average income of IBO's is shared on several forms, it makes no sense to do this, my income will not affect their potential, they can make less or more, it is up to them. If prospects ask my income, I will let them know, i have shown a few checks if needed as well, but it never really matters. I don't believe that is fair, they don't have to show me their income, I just beleive them, and it doesn't matter to me, I will help them if they make $10,000 a year or $300,000 a year, it doesn't matter to me, and mine shouldn't either. Thanks for all that you are doing to prevent the wrong businesses and bad people from taking advantage of others, we appreciate it enormously. Just remember not to punish the few good businesses and the many good business owners for the wrong doing of just a few. Thanks for your time and effort, with much respect and appreciation, Ronnie Weir, Quixtar IBO, Father, husband, son, brother, servant to the Lord
