Comments:

We support accountability for legitimate business opportunities and through the Worldwide Group and Quixtar maintain strict standards in teaching how to accurately show prospects the business opportunity using the FTC approved document which makes clear average incomes for "active IBO's". We also encourage prospects to come to an open business meeting and meet and talk to others in the business,as well as provide numerous references to additional information which is backed up by legitimate resources so each person can make a well informed decision. The proposed rule would likely confuse prospects by providing too much information and not only be burdensom for them, but it would be an infringement on their right to privacy to require them to be availble as references to their uplines business which they would not even have a vested interest in. We serve our downline, we don't expect them to serve us. Also, every person who decides the opportunity is not for them can get a full money back guarantee for any reason. The new rule would probably not only cause undue suspition, it would scare propects away. People are naturally sceptical enough without all the proposed additional information to process.I hope you will reevaluate and perhaps consider similar proposals to what Quixtar and Worlwide Dreambuiders already have in place which in my opinion is the most honest, above board approach possible. With so many "jobs" being sent overseas, people need good affordable alternatives to creating income. This is not only to support their own families but to stimulate the economy and support our communities through financial means that require private support instead of depending so heavily on Federal, State and Local funds. Imposing these new rules would very likely make running my legitimate parttime business virtually impossible to conduct because of time constaints not only in my busy schedule but in others schedules as well. People are very busy and don't have alot of extra time. Our aim is to keep business as simple as possible so that anyone that has a desire to achieve success through their efforts can do so without undo expence in both time and money. Thankyou for your consideration. Cindy Goleeke
