My wife and I have been IBO's for approximately 10 years, and have met several of our goals. We are currently working towards achievement of the next step in our development as an IBO, and we have the goal of becoming Diamond's. In addition to the income, which has grown each year, there are many benefits to being an IBO. We have developed many friendships. In addition, the educational system has benefited us in our careers in the automobile and pharmaceutical industries by developing both our leadership skills and work ethics. In addition, it has increased our abilities to handle difficult situations and address problems, as well as provided us with support in growing our personal relationship and marriage. When we registered as an IBO, we were provided the necessary materials to make an educated decision, as well as provided the opportunity to ask questions. In turn, we have followed this practice. We insist that individuals obtain all the information they need to make their decision before they register. We ask to write down questions as they review the materials provided. We emphasize that this is not a get rich quick scheme but a business that is backed by a 40 year+ organization. We want prospects to understand that Quixtar is built on integrity and we introduce them to the quality of leadership that we have. We explain that it takes hard work to be successful, as anything does in life, and that success is not a guarantee. We explain that successes vary in direct proportion to the amount of time an individual spends developing the business. As with anything in life, the more you put into an effort, the more you get out of it. We register new IBO's at a cost of approximately $70 to begin, and provide them with beginning educational materials to start them out. When we introduce them to the business, we inform them that they will want to become part of the educational portion of the business in order to aid their success and that there is a cost to the educational system. We help new IBO's understand the value of the products to which they have access, and help them understand how to build a business with customers as well as IBO's in order to build their profitability. This is an extraordinary business, and we have grown both in our personal lives as well as in our careers. We have met many people who have been successful as well as those who have not. We have been provided the opportunity to learn and grow and make decisions as to how we want to proceed without pressure but also been given the tools necessary to make our decisions. We believe everyone should be given this opportunity at free enterprise because it provides the educational support needed to be successful, if they choose to learn. We understand that there are fraudulent schemes out there, but do not find that the people we are aligned with misrepresent Quixtar to any prospects.
