I do not agree with the proposed 7 day restriction but a reasonable cancellation policy that is universal is recommended. I do not agree with the . proposed list of references for 10 other ibos in the area but think a clear simple level playing field and standard income disclosures that apply to all direct sellers is more reasonable. I do not agree with the listing of all lawsuits as IBOS should not be required to provide to prospects. The IBO should not be required to provide any financial records to be disclosed to prospects as my income is my own business and what some other person makes is their work effort and may differ from mine.. I want to make a general comment that I have enjoyed doing business with Quixtar for many years and when I saw the plan no one promised me anything, only a chance and that is all I wanted. I do not need more government intervention in my business under the premises of helping but rather with these proposed ideas or regulations you will hinder my business. Individuals should be able to make up their own minds based on their own needs and wants and we now provide the necessary information to them to make an informed decision, Thank you, Stephen Fisher
