I find the Business Opportunity Rule unneccessary and time laboring. This practice is just another way to delay business practices and to add more paper pushing activity. Please do not make the jobs of those in direct selling more difficult and time consuming. I agree that certain information be made available to the public at their request but to add a mandatrory ruleing across the board is unneccessary.
