Hello, my name is Brian Koehn. I am currently 20 years old. I have been involved in the quixtar business for I belive 20 months. The mentorship provided by the business support team has changed my life. It has been awesome. I am writting this letter because some of the new regulations that are being talked about seem like they are being done with the right heart; meaning your trying to help us legit business owners, but i feel that the new rules would greatly hinder me and my business. When I read the regulations I get the feeling like I am doing something wrong. Like I am a bad person for being a direct seller and I have to prove myself to not be a bad person. I have found that through all of the prospects I have talked to by the time they got started found out all of the positive and the negative reviews about quixtar and the ibo's through internet research. The negative websites through google about the quixtar business have prevented many prospects from being in business with me. The problem with a lot of those sites and negative information is from my experiance so far false. And or extememly exaggerated. To be honest if when i was first prospected someone had to take me through all of those steps I would not have got registered. I would feel like they are trying to justify themselves and I would wonder why? And why are they doing all of this just for me, like selling me on being in business. When I prospect I am looking for legit business parnters, I am not trying to recruit people. If I were recruiting people I would be inclined to mislead them. I always give the positive and negative reviews upfront. I want them to be informed because we are going to be business partners if they choose to register. When I talk about the income potential of my business I am real with them. Every one grows at different rates depending on their lifestyle and confidence levels. It is hard to compare. I have people I register grow faster than I first did all the time. I find that offensive that I should have to show my income to prospects. I understand that your trying to create a win win scenario with both the prospects and IBO's. I jus don't think that this is the right way. I feel that I run my own business. I should not have to justify myself of explain someone elses misconduct on the way they ran their business for what they have done even before I ever got started. I have had experiances already with people giving out my phone number. I have been literally harassed by phone numerous occasions by prank phone calls and personal insult calls. For owning a quixtar business. They way I explain quixtar to people is this, "the best part about quixtar is anyone can get in business with them. The worst part about quixtar is anyone can get in business with them" And I explain not everyone has treated the business with integrity. I honestly feel that what I do is hard enough, and that we are doing nothing wrong. I believe strongly in phasing out the illgal businesses and scams, but the quixtar business through BWW has been an incredible experiance for me. Thank you for reading. -Brian Koehn
