I just wanted to express my comments on the new FTC proposial. even though I have such a small group compared to others I know this will impact others like myself greatly. One of the main reasons why I am so proud to be on a part of LTD is becouse of the simplicity and duplicability of the process of walking someone that has no idea of what we do all the way through to getting people sponsored for them. By adding an additionial 7 days it would set back those that are urgently ready to get started you have to make them wait even longer. I'm in full support of the proposial, as far as shutting down scams, and the such. But there are a few concerns that I know I share with many. One of which is the list of refrences I agree, but we should not give out personel information like addresses ( you're basically telling a stranger here's a guy making a lot of $$$ and here is his address and info, go right ahead let this fall into the wrong hands.....) No, sorry. Then what do you do about the IBO that is regestered at a distance? What if they don't have 10 other IBO's in the area? I am in full supprot that if an IBO makes income claims they should carry a copy of a check to prove it, or something to the effect to back up their word. And with differenet income disclosures, I'm sure you're familiar with the average income for "active" IBO is $115, well the question is obiviously how do you meet the proposial and still not add confusion to the new person? Thank-you for hearing my voice. Michael Warren
