Comments:
As an attorney and opportunity marketer, I find the proposed bill both harsh and chilling in it's effect. To require a cooling off period (a 3 day recision right can take care of this) BEFORE someone can purchase a product or sign up to become a markter would severely hurt commerce that is intended to help, not hurt, others. Other provisions are also too burdensons, such as providing a list of the 10 people in nearest a person who had previously bought - the amount of work this would require would effectively eliminate a number of part time earners (a substantial portion of the network and multi-level earners) who rely on this source of income - which they create through honest activities - to support themselves and their families. I therefore request that the proposed bill NOT be passed. Sincerely, James V Crum, III, Esq.
