Re: proposed Business Opportunity Rule, R511993 The FTC seems to be, once again, going after the little guys, who are trying to improve the health of our fellow citizens. I have only recently gotten into direct selling and this rule will cast suspicion on my new business. This business can truly help people be more healthy, as well as, help myself and others meet the increasing financial demands of educating and better preparing our kids for life. Why not have a seven-day waiting period and a list of ten nearest successful users for Lipitor, Crestor, Estratest, Cialas, Viagra, and others. The big drug companies and food industries to run rampant in our country, destroying the health of millions of Americans with overprocessed food and drugs to treat the deficits that the foods cause. The drugs, on the other hand, cause many more illnesses. The FTC and the FDA look the other way when it comes to these organizations that are truly harming our citizens on a daily basis. They allow these financial giants to destroy the health and wealth of Americans and pocket huge profits. God forbid that people should get hold of nutritional supplements that cause people not to need these harmful drugs! How many of the drug company executives are retired from the FTC and the FDA? I think that some of your actions could be construed as feathering your own nests with the poor health of my fellow Americans, while making it more difficult for people to provide healthy alternatives that could even help their financial situations. I know that there are some fraudulant companies out there, but this plan will cripple the good and homest, and the frauds will simply produce fraudulant documentation.
