I am commenting on the Business Opportunity Rule, I feel that you should create a level playing field by requiring clear,simple and stanardized income disclosuers that apply to direct sellers. Also they should provide a reasonable cancellation policy. I feel that you should not require a seven day waiting period before a prospect could register; also IBO's should not be required to provide refrences to prospects or disclose past litigations. IBO's should also not have to require financial records to be disclosed to prospects. Those are my recomendations I hope that my opinion counts for something.
