Comments:
While I applaud the efforts of the FTC to effect restrictive measures against fraudulent "MLM" "opportunities," I find that the proposed rules would be nearly fatal to my business. We invite people all over the United States and in numerous foreign countries to join our business, not even knowing who they are until they join. It would prove exceedingly difficult-- and intrusive--to locate the names and addresses of the ten nearest them geographically (information unknown to me), the obtaining of which would further extend the proposed seven day waiting period. This and some of the other proposed rules would place a fatal burden on my business growth.
