As an Independent Bussiness Owner of Quixtar I am concerned about some of the issues in your proposal. My experience after 7 years allows me to see you get what you put into your personal business. If you think your worth $5 you will get $5. If you think your worth $5,000 you will get $5,000. A litigation list is not necesary since we are posted on the BBBonline in every state where anybody can go see and review for the on info. As an IBO I encourage people to seek for more information to make a better decision for their families future. A list of references and their personal information is a breech of privacy on everybodies part. We already offer an open meeting at a hotel on a weekly basis with about 500 people attending. One third of that are guests invited down to get more information. Since the hotel is paid for out of our personal pocket no one has the time or money to get that many people to mislead someone on a weekly basis. Personal financial documents is another privacy issue because where will it stop. What if someone wants to personal taxes, receipts and/or bills. Most people dont understand how to run their own business so it would be meaningless to them. Second this is something they will learn along the way like I did (like tax benefits, write offs and business expenses). Being a business owner is not an over night experience. It is an ever growing process for everyone at every level. Help along the way is need and should be expected but not where it hurts the legitimate business and prospect. We as business owners encourage people to seek the truth and investigate any information give to them in life. Whether it be business or personal because that will make for a better educated consumer.
