My parents have re-qualified at the diamond level twice or three times through the quixtar business. I am currently building the business and having fun doing so. It has been my life for the last 25 years and the people that I have grown up with are simply the best. I understand the need for governing; it makes sense and it helps prospect prospects. I would like to say that a couple of your proposed rules need to be tweaked or eliminated. 1. A 7 DAY WAITING PERIOD Like most prospects they are excited after they see the business opportunity and want to get started as soon as possible. Our business team has a standard that we let threw the door, since we are building a solid team and not a dog house we want the best. We feel that a 3 step process is what it takes for us to interview and to answer any questions they have. I know from experience I would rather have one solid player then 10 half hearted players. I feel that a 7 day waiting period is unnecessary because they weed themselves out and if they don't like it they can get their money back. 2. THE REQUIRMENT TO PROVIDE REFRENCES Providing references isn't a bad idea. Although I basically do that with my up-line helping me when I am conducting business, and when they come to see an open meeting they will have contact with 75-100 people and if they don't like the fit then why would they bother getting involved. They weed themselves out. We hold a business of integrity not begging so if a person doesn't show or say they will come and then they don't, we might follow up one more time and then move on. It's hard to build a profitable business with people who don't build the business. Providing references is already taking place when the prospect interviews in a one and one setting and also when they come to a group open meeting. they have plenty of contact with people who are already doing the business, that's my biggest selling point getting them around the team. 3. LITIGATION LIST I know were you are going with this to protect the people, which is why those people who do feel skeptic do their research and find out what this business is really about. People weed themselves out. It's also a people business just because they are associated to our business doesn't mean our business is all about cheating lying and stealing. Businesses don’t grow on misconduct. Look at Enron. I don't think giving people a litigation list will do a better job of them deciding if this business is right for them or not. Alos would it be fair to show opposing information and how people don't like our business, or those people who want to hurt our reputation. 4. SPECIFIC EARNING DISCLOSURES Back to the beginning I do not want to build my business on false pretenses that this business is all about what it's not. I found out early on that the sugar coated version works less of the time than giving the facts. One person asked that same question then why don't you just show them what you are making. It would be unfair to that person who is just getting going and hasn't made barley 10 dollars, or that person loves the business and is working on explaining this business to others, or that person who is scared to network, but love this business. Although I think you have to keep it in perspective because it's shocking to me what people will believe and it makes me mad just as it does to you guys. So to protect the people. I think it's not a bad idea only with in reason. 5. FINANCIAL SUBSTANTIATION I think it's a selling point if you use it but you better be prepared to share that information. Giving a prospect a report on what you made last year can say either one thing you’re not working the business plane and simple. I saw a quote on the back on an application to franchise a Jimmy Johns sub shop. "Selling subs can be fun, but also tricky." Basically it says it will work if you work the business. Thank for letting me share my views Alex Miller Quixtar IBO
