I have been an IBO utilizing Quixtar for the last 8 years. The experience has been wonderful for me and my family. When I started my business my sponsor was full disclosure on what it took to build my IBOship. It has been my practice to be full disclosure when I show the business plan. What it will cost, time it will take, how many people in my opinion you have to talk to in order to find the people who will build it and stressing that it is NOT a get rich quick. It is like building any other company or trying to get in shape...it takes work. After reading your proposal I like what I am seeing. There are just some minor tweaks that need to be made. 1) A seven day waiting period to sign up would stunt any excitment and momentum a new person can have.....although it usually takes at least 7 days for me to get somone signed up after I show the marketing plan to them...I never try to sign them up on the spot. 2) I have big issues with having to give my prospect the name of 10 other IBO's to talk to....because of the potential to loose prospects to the referred IBO and the amount of time it would take me to be a reference for other IBO's to use. When I am getting a prospect in front of my business model I always get them around my team of IBO's so that they can talk to other people and ask them questions. Someone new would not know10 other IBO's to use as a reference and woudl have to get a list of names from somone...then trust that the prospect will not be stollen. Big issues with this. 3) I am an Independant business owner and I use Quixtar as a contracting company for products. I can not control how someone else builds their business. Why would I reference litigation they have had against them. That would be like because I use a Gateway computer for my company I would need to disclose lawsuits against other people who used a gateway computer in an illegal way. This makes no sense to me. As for the many frivolous lawsuits against Quixtar....show me a mega company that does not have lawsuits against them. The important thing is that I use them as a contracting company but I am an Independent Business Owner....not "in" quixtar. Most people do not understand this. And People are not entitled to see my 1099 as I am a private company and not publically traded entity. That is my personal business. Overall...I applaud the efforts you and your team are undertaking to make changes...I run into people all the time who are scammed by other buisinesses and now are affraid to look at legit opportunities. The key to this being successful is to not put an anchor around those who are doing this right but to drive the scam artist out of business. As with anything that has people involved...some people will always do the wrong thing...but that happens in politics, work, church or business....please protect those who are legit... Thank you.
