America was FOUNDED on it's freedoms and rights. Yes we look to the government to regulate some of the actions taken by business owners. But the internet has change the way america does business. I feel that placing undo restrictions on home businesses that operate using the internet is to put it unamerican. A seven day waiting period is an Uncall for restriction. Point number 2. You also want to invade the privacy of the same people that you are wanting to protect. By asking the referring IBO to give names and address to other IBOS who may or may not be from the same organizations. I frimly understand the need for protecting rights and freedoms. Point number 3 asking for all suits that the seller has been involved in for the last ten years is also a clear lack of respect for the presentation of an business opp. Once again this counrty was founded on risk and the heart of taking a chance on a business venture. Yes as with any business there are good ones and bad ones. But life itself is a challenge worth fighting for. Why is it that children and Adults from other counrties seem to become more successful than people born in this very country. If you doubt what I 'm saying just ask the Governor of California. Oh wait he wasn't born here!
