Comments:To whom it may concerns; I'm a Quixtar IBO for 2years. Since I decide to join Quixtar I found my American dream. My husband as an electrical engineer in Korea, ran dry cleaner business for 13 years in NY. I am a nurse for 27 years since my college graduate from Korea. We both worked very hard in U.S. However, our American dream has lost somewhere while we're only able to concentrate our daily bread. Then we learned about Quixtar. We have earned a lot that we thought we had lost or forgot; dream, our future, our own inner ability to do something, leadership, etc. Quixtar is not an easy quick money making plan as far as I experience & concern. We only made $750.00 first year then went up to $2,000 last year, then we expect to expand more our network to earn maybe $20,000 this year. Me and my husband put all our effort in this after our regular 40 hour JOB. So, if you think we make a good extra money for this, not at all. It is a lot less than our overtime rates. Why we do this? We saw our future in this. We're so sure that if we try our best in this, not only we can achieve our dream but also we can help other peoples' dream as well. FTC proposal contains a few unrealistic in network marketing. 1) To register in this area, it is prospect's decision to make whether they join or not. Giving a full information about this business is basic rule in this business. Give the prospect for 7 days or more is not going to help people who want to make easy money anyway. Then they balme those people who show this plan. However, it is free decision to make and comittment and effort have to follow afterward in order to succeed in Quixtar. In the end, Quixtar refunds fully if you choose to withdraw registration. On the other hand, while a good prospect fully understands this business and wants to start this business right away, FTC is blocking their business opportunity for 7 days due to its' unrealistic rule. We can do a lot of things in 7 days, especially in this type of business. Also, it's optional to buy introductory package. 2) Give 10 refernce name to the prospect? It is really goning to happen? What about patients' confidenciality (HIPPA) or students' (FIPPA?) what about our business individual's confidenciality? I don't want to be exposed people that I don'e know. Also, while a prosect contacting those number of people what if they want to change their own sponsor to those list? It's not fair to the perosn who find the prosepct. It is just making another caotic moment in this type of business. It has to be eliminated to prevent more confusion for a new prospect. I think FTC supposed to help indivisuals' business to grow, not giving them confusion. 3) Giving a prospect list of lawsuits regrdless of whether the accusation is true or not? I think if FTC want to do this, they must provide right information, not the false one, to be fair. Most of accusation came from between people not from business model itself. Company is there legally, fairly, keeping its transparnecy. If one want to pull out all legal document or any lawsuit, that's their decision. Why don't we leave out to individuals instead of making as a rule? It should be eliminated. 4) It is very simple to see average income of an active IBOs from the site. I still don't wan to disclose my income yet personally. 5)You would be required to provide....Is this being done in other business? Any tax payer should possess substantiation for any claim but should not be required to disclose it except when required by the FTC and similar state agencies in an agency investigation. If it falls to IBOs in Quixtar or any other network marketer or even pyramid scheme area, FTC loose its' fairness!!! Please consider who wants to achieve their dream with hard work, it is not easy one if you don't want to put your effort on it. People just want result without any effort. That's why all arguments arise I believe. Quixtar IBOs plan is fair and equal to everyone.
