Please reconsider this rule. It would put a serious hardship on those of us who are building legitamate businesses and depending on the income from that business to support our families. The rule would in fact cause confusion and delays in building our business. I feel this rule is extreme in the way it penalizes us and the prospect from moving forward for 7 days even though the prospect may be well aware of what he/she is getting into. Our policy has always been to refund the entire fee charged to register in the business to any one who is not satisfied regardless of the reason. Please reconsider this rule - it really scares me.
