My husband and I have been IBO's for about 3 years. We love being able to build business and have access through Quixtar. Our experiences have been wonderful and we hope to have more to look forward to in the future. There are many benefits such as friends and clients. We have met some of our best friend and they have stood by us through 3 hurricanes within a 2 month period. We are a TEAM and that is just one of the many benefits other than income. Within our business group everything is repetition, we were told this is not a "fast cash get rich" business. We were also invited to a business meeting and shown, how income is generated and how we bring someone into the business. When we sponsor someone we provide them the same information as we were given. We also let them know how much it cost and what is provided in the packet. If you were to change the requirements that would greatly effect the business that we are in and love. When we have a business meeting the prospects are able to meet other IBO's, so that would eleminate the need for references. We also give them a Lit pack that beaks down the incomes for a "active" IBO and are given some time to look it over. That would eleminate the need for a 7 day waiting period. If we waited any longer it would affect our profitability and our teams growth. Plus, were here to help others not hurt them. I also do not agree with the following: Provide Reference: At our meeting the prospect gets to meet our business partners IBO's. We should not have to give them references. Litigation List: That is just too much to cover and it could have a very big impact if the information is unfair or deceptive. It would misrepresent all that were are about. Financial Substantiation: If a prospect asked us about our business we inform them that it takes work and with work comes rewards. We give them a approx amount and I really feel it is inappropriate to discuss personal financial information or be obligated to give out personal financial statements. We should not have to disclose personal information unless we feel comfortable or required by law or state. If these guidelines are passed it would greatly hurt then help many individual businesses. It would not be a good idea to put these guidelines into effect. I hope you consider what I have written. Thank you for your time.
